If the Seller stops working to include the cost of unique packing in the Purchase Price the Purchaser must pay to the Seller such costs on demand.
Where installation is included in the contract the arrangement of a clear working site and sufficient access will be the responsibility of the buyer. We book the right to make an evaluation of the workspace, and to delay moving on to site at no penalty to the Seller if insufficient access or facilities exist 16.
In the case of structures which need website welding a three stage supply with sole access and properly kept voltage is likewise the responsibility of the purchaser. We will be pleased to talk about any problems in the provision of these requirements and make alternative arrangements if needed, however unless otherwise concurred in composing, any additional costs will be to the purchaser's account.
It is regular treatment to bolt racking structures to the flooring, and unless otherwise, our quotation considers this. We book the right to assign or subcontract out the whole or any part of this contract at our discretion.
Whenevers quoted for our completion or shipment work from the date of invoice by us of a written order to proceed, together with all information and particulars we require to proceed with the manufacture without disturbance or hold-up. All such times are to be dealt with as estimates only and we will not be liable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise agreed in composing.
21. The Buyer will pay the Seller immediately. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold shipment of any additional Goods to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
